The Washington Post says that Jennifer Lawrence's publicist confirmed that these where stolen photos and promised that there would be legal action. “This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence,” her representative said in a statement Sunday evening. Kate Upton has finally opened up why she hasn't posed naked yet saying that she believes such pictures of hers won't be received in a way she wants them to be received. She said that nude pictures are art and so is someone's body, and to be photographed in that way is amazing and it's received in a very positive way, but her pictures won't be well received by the social media and the Internet, a leading daily reported. She added that she really appreciates those photos and thinks those models who do them are beautiful, but she also thinks that the social media and the Internet has prevented her from putting herself out there like that. "She made it long before she started dating Andrew Garfield, and before she really became a household name. She was just young and probably thought nothing would ever come of it," the source said. According to the insider, the alleged tape is not being shopped around and "remains in the hands of the person she made it with," the source said.According to reports, a talent agent was offered the tape for sale. The agent has claimed that the video, which lasts about 15 minutes is filmed with a cell phone, which he suspects, belonged to one of Shakira’s employees, who wanted to blackmail the singer..
