Chennai Weather : Thunderstorm and Flooding

It’s the time of the year when the Monsoon surge prevails over entire Peninsular India. On and off rains continue throughout this part of the country. As of now, we can see a cyclonic circulation off Karnataka Coast. It will continue to bring good rainfall over Kerala, Karnataka coast, Konkan & Goa and parts of Madhya Maharashtra. The weather system over Andhra Pradesh Coast will give fairly widespread rain and thundershowers over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Telangana and coastal parts of Odisha.

The major cities to receive rainfall tomorrow will include Chennai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Pune, Kozhikode and Kolhapur. -
